• We furnish you with all the necessary customized forms for both rentals and rental management transactions. These we install on your computers and give them to you on CD for future use.
• We train your existing personnel on all aspects of running a successful rental and rental management operation. This includes teaching them how to take reservations, selling rental management, doing proper make-readies, how to properly check in and check out the rental units, posting all transactions in your accounting program.
• You'll receive a leather bound copy of our RV Rentals Operations Manual and a copy on CD. This is a comprehensive and detailed book outlining every step of our system.
• You'll be added to our website the same day we sign the license agreement. You will immediately see rental traffic and reservations. Our website currently is producing over 20,000,000 hits per year.
• You'll have 24/7 support for any and all aspects of the rental and rental management business. You'll have office, home and cell phone numbers for more than one person so you'll never go more than a few minutes without an answer to your query.
• You'll have optional use of the name American Dream Vacations. You can keep your existing company name and operate as an American Dream Vacations affiliate.
• All licensee's are eligible for our exclusive rental insurance program.  The rates are approximately half of what other RV rental companies are paying.  That translates into more money in your pocket.

Starting from scratch?

In addition to everything included above, we'll help you start from the ground up.

• We'll supply you with all the necessary guidelines you need to follow for finding a suitable location. We'll help you negotiate an equitable lease or lease purchase with the owner.
• We'll furnish camera ready artwork of our logo and help you get the signage you'll need to get started.
• We'll funish you with a list of the barebones office equipment, furniture, phone system, etc. you'll need to get up and running.
